Can we cancel the order once it has been placed?

The order can be cancelled only if it is not shipped from order side. You may cancel the order which has not been shipped by us. The shipping details are updated by the end of the day.

Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you on your email ID or call on your provided contact number if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your credit/debit card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back in your Card Account.

It happens that the products that you order sometimes remain out of stock and in very rare cases they are wrongly priced, and hence, we need to cancel the order. If such is the case with the products that you have ordered, we may cancel the order on the same or the next day and will inform you the same. We also make sure we refund all the money that you have paid for.

Return Policy

Before the items leave from our warehouse, our expert staff inspects them very carefully. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase then simply follow the instructions mentioned below for returning the products:

  • Once the product reaches your doorstep, you get seven exact days to return the item back to us (within seven days of receiving the product)
  • We will replace the returned items free of cost or issue a refund for the cost of the goods to the credit/debit card used for online shopping
  • Shipping charges will not be refunded, and customers are required to pay for the shipping costs to return the goods to the applicable return address

Exchange Policy

Our shipments are carefully inspected before the items leave our warehouse, but if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please follow the instructions below:

  • To request an exchange, please write to us at support@nurserynitra.com
  • Items which are to be exchanged need to be sent to the addresses given below within seven days of receiving the goods
  • we will replace the items or issue a full refund if we have sent you a wrong item
  • If you would like to exchange any item, nurserynitra.com will replace the returned items free of cost and issue a refund for the cost of the goods to the credit/debit card used for online shopping. However, shipping charges will not be refunded. On receipt of the wrong product at our return address, you would need to place a fresh order for the correct item
  • Shipping charges will not be refunded, and customers are required to pay for the shipping costs to return the goods to the applicable return address
  • Return/Exchange of the items will be accepted only if the product is in its original packaging, unused, with all original tags intact. Please make sure that the product is properly packed, to avoid any damage with a copy of invoice, before placing it for return.

Claiming Refunds

For Credit Card/Debit Card/Net banking Transactions:

As the charge to your credit card / account would have already been done online at the time, you made the purchase and authorized the payment we will provide a refund to your account if applicable as per the situations are given below.

If applicable, refunds would be made for the cost of the goods to the credit /debit card used for online shopping. However, shipping charges would not be refunded except where nurserynitra.com has erroneously sent you a wrong item/ colour /size.

For COD (Cash on Delivery) Transactions:

Refunds can only happen once we receive the parcel from your end. We will be creating an account and refund your money through an online transaction (RTGS).

  • Cash Refunds for COD will be done through RTGS.
  • The customer can ship the product back to us in case he or she receives a damaged or defective product after notifying us by email to   support@nurserynitra.com.

Refunds will be done in the following cases:

 Genuine quality issues.

  • Packages lost in transit.
  • In the case of nurserynitra.com discovers any mispricing in its online catalogue and the price charged to you is higher than the actual price.
  • In case, nurserynitra.com discovers that a wrong item has been shipped to you.
  • In case, the customer is not happy with the purchase and has returned the item/items to the address mentioned above.
  • No refunds will be given in the following cases:
  • Incorrect or outdated delivery address
  • Incorrect address format including any form of a PO Box address
  • After 3 failed delivery attempts by the courier
  • Package refused by recipient
  • Products returned in a used or damaged condition

Note: Refunds will only be made after we have received the returned shipment

What if the product received is in damaged condition?

If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please call our customer care at +91-8989-5956-99 or email us at support@nurserynitra.com mentioning your Order ID. We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you at no additional cost. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing are intact when you send us the product back. In Case, if you notice the damage after the delivery has been taken, Please send us the Photos of the Outer Packaging as well as the damage Products mentioning your Order ID.

What if the Product/s get damaged during transit (Like Ceramic products)?

Most of the products damaged in transit are fragile items. We make sure that we ensure the products before shipping and make your experience a pleasant one. In the case of any damage, we will replace the products at our cost.
